I have been working in the office as a customer service representative for almost two years. What excites me most about the industry is my ability to help customers with their needed changes and assist our team.

I grew up in Brighton, Michigan, and participated in the cheerleading and swimming teams. I’m passionate about working with animals and am working towards my degree to be a veterinarian.

An interesting fact about myself is that I raced for the Brighton Highschool Boarder Cross Team! When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me at our cottage on Higgins Lake.

I have been working with Tony and Joe for over 5 years now. Tony is the most prompt, professional agent that I’ve ever had. He returns calls and responds to emails within minutes. If I need a document, it’s in my inbox before I even hang up. When they left State Farm, I waited for my policy to expire and then I followed Tony and Joe. I’m glad I did because they saved me even more money. Mind you, they are on the east side of the state, and I’m on the west side. I could find any agency for insurance, but I stay with Tony because of his great service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
